Rainy Barn Wedding at Friesland Weddings and Events LLC // Cheyenne + Tyler

What a weekend full of love and excitement! Cheyenne and Tyler had their wedding at Friesland Wedding and Events Center LLC. in the Hollsoplle area.

Such a beautiful venue with the ceremony area overlooking the endless rolling mountains of PA and the vast farmland of Somerset County. For the reception, everything takes place in the beautifully renovated red barn with the most amazing high ceilings.

We began the day with clear skies and drone footage of the venue itself. Then we moved into the house on the property to capture Cheyenne getting ready for the day and all of their special details. During this time, the weather decided to throw us a curve ball and it started pouring. Embracing it we decided to still do the first touch outside and ended up moving the ceremony into the barn/reception area.

What an amazing, emotional, and memorable ceremony! Tyler and Cheyenne decided to have Tyler meet her halfway through the aisle to their song. Let's just say this was such a touching and fun twist to the typical wedding ceremony.

After the ceremony we ended up doing portraits inside for the first half, due to the rainy weather. I really wanted to make these as special as possible given the circumstances of the day and let's just say they turned out exactly as I envisioned. Thanks to the never ending patience and understanding from Tyler and Cheyenne of course!

Once the rain stopped we were able to embrace the beautiful fog and cloudy weather outside for some amazing field photos. Along with the cute tree swing located on the property.

To finish the night, they decided to do a sparkly wand exit with the remaining friends and family that were there. I am so thankful to have worked with such an amazing couple and to witness their love for each other firsthand!
